Daphne Fit Body Forever

I have been attending Daphne Fit Body Forever for a year now. Best discussion I have made in a long time. I'm in better shape at 62 than I was in my 50's. The staff is great and take good care of each individual. They listen to you and modify exercise as needed. I look forward to going to workouts. It doesn't take long to connect and get to know people in your class. They have become my workout family.

Love the exercise experience at Fit Body! The coaches are always encouraging and helpful. They compliment, correct and push - always good to know when I’m doing something incorrectly, doing something right, or need more weight (ugh!). I have really enjoyed working out at Fit Body Forever!

I joined Daphne Fit Body Forever 3 months ago because I felt, at 73 yrs, I needed exercise on a regular basis, taught and monitored by professionals. Right away, I felt like a member of the Daphne Fit Body Forever Family. The members are welcoming and helpful, and the coaches are absolutely amazing with everything they do. They make coming to class FUN with their friendly, caring, entertaining, super helpful and, at the same time, professional ways. Quite often, with larger classes, we have 2 coaches on the floor watching, helping, challenging and always encouraging us. There are many, many extras offered to help us along the way. We receive regular updates via Facebook, email and text messages to keep us well informed. Whether by Facebook post or after a daily workout, our coaches always, always have positive messages of encouragement which help so much. No matter what your need(s) are, Daphne Fit Body Forever works closely with you to find what is best for you. I am grateful to have found Daphne Fit Body Forever and would encourage anyone else thinking about joining to give it a try.

Daphne Fitbody has been a life changer for me. I began 4.5 years ago with NO intention of continuing long term. Fast forward to now and I LOVE everything about this program. Ironically, I only entered this gym with one goal in mind - weight loss. However, I quickly realized after a few sessions there were more pressing areas needing to be addressed. The coaches were very attentive to my individual needs and guided me in the right direction. I did lose weight but so much more happened, all my labs at the next visit were within normal range, my flexibility increased, my endurance lengthened, my muscles overall were much stronger and, best of all, I made lasting friendships.
